Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, a visitor agrees to these terms. This site describes V2ADV's method and approach, and offers a way for a prospective client to describe an objective for V2ADV to review.
Informational Content Only
Content on this site describes V2ADV's method at a general level, not a specific proposal, a quote, or a commitment for any given engagement. A real plan, price, and scope of work come from V2ADV's own engagement process, documented separately and agreed to directly with a client. Submitting an objective through this site's intake process does not itself create an engagement.
Pricing
V2ADV prices each engagement to the value the objective delivers to the client. V2ADV presents pricing once it delivers a model of the proposed solution; no rate or fee is set by anything stated on this site.
Scheduled Calls
V2ADV holds a scheduled call for the time agreed. A call beginning more than ten minutes past its set time is canceled and requires rescheduling.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and method descriptions on this site are V2ADV's own work, protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Reuse beyond normal browsing, including republishing this site's text, design, or method descriptions elsewhere, requires V2ADV's written permission.
Submitted Information
Information a prospective client submits through this site's intake process, a scheduled call, or direct email is used to evaluate and respond to that request, governed by V2ADV's Privacy Policy. A prospective client represents that information submitted is accurate and that they have the authority to submit it on behalf of any organization named.

To the extent permitted by law, V2ADV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this site. V2ADV's total liability arising from use of this site does not exceed one hundred dollars.
