Scope
This policy describes how V2ADV collects, uses, and protects information gathered through v2adv.com and through the intake process a prospective client uses to describe an objective to V2ADV. It governs this website and that intake process; a signed engagement agreement governs data handling once an actual engagement begins.
Information This Site Collects
This site collects two kinds of information. First, standard technical information every visitor's browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of the visit, recorded by V2ADV's hosting and content-delivery providers as an ordinary part of serving any website. Second, information a prospective client chooses to submit directly, through the objective-intake process, a scheduled call, or a direct email: a name, an email address or phone number, an organization name, a description of the objective, and any other detail the prospective client chooses to include.
How Information Is Used
V2ADV uses submitted information to evaluate a prospective engagement, prepare a plan and pricing model, and respond to the request. V2ADV uses automatically collected technical information to operate, secure, and maintain this site, and to understand general visitor patterns at an aggregate level. V2ADV does not use either kind of information to build an individual advertising profile.

Sharing and Disclosure
V2ADV does not sell visitor or client information to any third party. V2ADV does not share submitted information with an unrelated third party without the submitter's own consent, except with the service providers that host this site and deliver its content, who process information solely to provide that hosting and delivery, and except where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order. V2ADV does not run affiliate links or third-party advertising on this site.
Data Retention
V2ADV keeps submitted information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate or deliver the engagement it relates to, and deletes it once that need ends, unless V2ADV is required by law to keep it longer. Automatically collected technical information is retained for the period set by V2ADV's hosting and content-delivery providers' own standard logging practices.
Data Security
V2ADV takes reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, including transmitting this site over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and V2ADV cannot eliminate all risk of unauthorized access.
Visitor Rights
A visitor or prospective client can ask V2ADV at any time what information it holds about them, request a correction, or request deletion, by contacting [email protected]. V2ADV responds to a verified request within a reasonable time and honors a deletion request except where retaining the information is required by law or necessary to complete an engagement already underway.
Children's Privacy
This site is directed to businesses and business decision-makers. V2ADV does not knowingly collect information from a person under the age of eighteen, and requests deletion of any such information identified as having been submitted in error.
Client Data During an Engagement
For a client that engages V2ADV, data ownership follows the same principle stated on V2ADV's own homepage. The client owns the business and the assets that define it, including client relationships and client data, as set out in that client's own engagement agreement. This privacy policy governs this website and the pre-engagement intake process; a signed engagement agreement governs data handling once an engagement begins.
Changes to This Policy
V2ADV updates this policy as its actual practices change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and a material change to how V2ADV collects or uses information takes effect only after this policy is updated to describe it.
